Buying a Property
If you are buying a property we will ensure that your purchase goes as smoothly as possible and that you move in when you need to. There are obviously so many issues that can arise during purhasing a property. We are prepared and help drive through the purchase so you can prepare for your new home.

Selling Your Property
If you are selling a property, we will make sure that regular contact is made with you and the appropriate parties (including the buyers solicitor). This enables a smooth transaction, with everybody aware of the timings. We are always on hand to make sure that, from the initial agreement to the handover, we are in control.

Home Information Packs (HIPS)
From 1 June 2007, people wishing to sell their property will be required to produce a Home Information Pack. This pack will contain all of the information required on a property sale up-front. This is designed to reduce the amount of sales that fall-through due to misinformation and details coming 'out of the woodwork' after a deal has been agreed.
We are well aware of the implications of a Home Information Pack for selling your property and are able to offer systems to ensure that we reduce the impact this will have when selling your home.

E-Conveyancing
This firm has also recently taken part in the Land Registry's  proposed e-conveyancing trial in the area, so are ready for the next developments in conveyancing.
